Apprentices are welcome to download, complete and mail or fax the following monthly work reports to the St. Louis Electrical Industry Training Center.
Forms must be postmarked by the 6th of each month for the prior month, or hand-delivered or faxed by the 7th of each month.
Timely filing of completed forms is required by the standards of the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. They also help instructors and electrical contractors stay abreast of your learning progress and tailor on-the-job experience to include essential elements required of an IBEW journeyman electrician or communication tech.
